Michelle McEttrick joins Primark as CCO

Michelle McEttrick has been appointed as the first Chief Customer Officer of the fashion retailer Primark.

Prior to this, Michelle was Group Brand Director at Tesco and was been credited with playing a crucial role in its turnaround in her five years with the retailer.

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, including four years at Barclays and four years as Business Director of advertising agency BBH. She began her career at McCann Erickson in Seattle.
